Pedra Seixa SCGV (Vigo) - 100% COMPLETA
Cooperative development of 16 autonomous-region protected housing units under the concerted scheme, located in Navia, Vigo. The homes, available in 3- and 4-bedroom layouts, are currently in the pre construction phase.
A Luzada SCGV (A Coruña) - 100% COMPLETA
Cooperative housing development of autonomous-region protected housing under the general scheme, located in A Coruña. The homes will be developed under a 60-year rental regime and are currently under construction.
Progreso Vigo SCGV - 100% COMPLETA
Cooperative housing development comprising 14 single-family General-Regime Autonomous Protected Housing units located in Navia, Vigo. The cooperative will develop the homes under a rental model.
Esturáns R1 SCGV (Vigo) - 100% COMPLETA
Cooperative housing development comprising 23 privately owned free-market homes. The building, located on Esturáns Street, near Plaza Industria in Vigo, is currently under construction.
Oliveira dos Cen Anos y Alborexar SCGV (Navia, Vigo)
Cooperative housing development comprising 102 Special-Regime Autonomous Protected Housing units located in Navia, Vigo. The homes, available in 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom layouts, will be offered under a 75 year leasehold rental model and are currently in the pre-construction phase.
Residencial Aloques (Porriño)
Cooperative housing development comprising 60 General-Regime Autonomous Protected Housing units located in Porriño. The homes, available in 1, 2, and 3bedroom layouts, will be offered under a rent-to-own model. The project is currently in the pre-construction phase, has been active since 2024, and has places available for new members interested in joining the cooperative.
Paseo Matutino (Ponteareas)
Cooperative housing development comprising 49 Special-Regime Autonomous Protected Housing units located in Ponteareas. The homes, available in 2- and 3-bedroom layouts, will be offered under a homeownership model and will include a private parking space and storage unit. The project is currently in the pre-construction phase, has been active since 2026, and has places available for new members interested in joining the cooperative.
Valdecorvi SCGV - 100% COMPLETA (Pontevedra)
Project for the constitution of a protected housing cooperative in tranfer of use that undertakes the promotion of 56 homes, annexes and commercial premises in the Valdecorvos Residential Estate.
